    The employees who participate in my classes learn how to set financial goals and gain the skills that will help achieve those goals. I alleviate the stress of not knowing where to start by providing clients with personalized education and financial coaching. I am a partner and a mentor. I outline a process that is clear, achievable and realistic about current goals to achieve greater wealth.

    Working with me is always a no judgment zone, where clients can be honest about their financial reality and let go of any shame and negativity. I reduce anxiety around the homebuying process by educating my clients in mindset work as well as financial literacy.

    About Adesina

    While teaching homeownership classes, I have observed that employees of color sometimes have more difficulty qualifying for a mortgage than white collegues. While laws and practices to prevent people of color from homeownership are no longer on the books, it is clear that historical inequities are still in effect. I see the results appear as lower credit scores, more debt, low or no savings for a down payment, lack of financial literacy skills and limiting beliefs around their financial ability. I have also seen that providing the tools to relieve financial stress and plan for homeownership brings immediate positive results.

    I truly believe that homeownership can be the first step to creating generational wealth for families that have not experienced it in the past. For people hesitating to buy, I seek to take the fear out of homeownership.

    I’ve spent most of my career working in the fields of sustainability, social justice and lifestyle education. I have twenty years of coaching and customer service experience that allow me to focus on creating a smooth, informative and life-changing experience for my clients. I am a teacher at heart, and I am dedicated to helping my clients accomplish their family goals. I hope to help them on the road to financial security, so they can spend their time really enjoying the things that matter to them.

    This program is designed with the needs of people of color in mind, but everybody is welcome and can benefit from this knowledge. The principles and skills are taught specifically to help people of color understand why they may have struggled to achieve financial ease and homeownership. It challenges limiting beliefs that may have held them back in the past. This mindset work and skill set is useful for anybody who needs to change the way that they think about money and increase their financial literacy. The goal is to become a homeowner and gain access to the privilege of using home equity as a financial tool in life.
